The Pilot – Captain reports directly to the Chief Pilot, has the final authority and responsibility for the operation and safety of a flight and operates company aircraft following company policies, procedures, and the Federal Aviation regulations. As a team member of Pacific Seafood Group, the Pilot – Captain is expected to be a good steward of the company by providing excellent service to passengers, clients, and guests.

Demonstrating key competencies in dependability, safety, and security, responsibility, and professionalism, you will complete periodic pilot and safety training through a training provider, as well as on an ongoing basis throughout the year. You will also complete other non-flying duties assigned by the Chief Pilot as they relate to the smooth operation of the department in support of flight operations.

As a team member, you are adept at building positive relationships with vendors and customers and across multiple departments, working collaboratively to grow sales, improve business performance, and resolve issues.
