Job Purpose

To conduct assigned flights in accordance with the detailed provisions of Company Operational Manual and in compliance with the CAA related regulations. He/she must ensure ultimate safety, security, and efficiency are achieved throughout all operated flights; supports and guides the flight/cabin crew, handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios effectively, and takes control over the flight to ensure successful performance and positive corporate image.

Flies the aircrafts from one destination to another in accordance with the given schedules and approved flight plans; carries his/her duties and acts as the ultimate responsible for the aircraft during the assigned flights taking into account the following key factors, in order of priority: Safety, Efficiency & Passenger comfort.

 

Experience, Qualifications and Requirments

• Minimum of 2000 hrs PIC .
• Minimum of 800 hrs PIC on A320 family.
• Minimum of 5000 hrs total flying experience.
• Trainers with TRE/ TRI/ LTC experience will be given preference.
• Valid licenses, valid Calss 1 medical and Valid IR
• Valid English Language Proficiency (ELP) certification. Above level 4
• Appropriate CPL/ATPL (preferred) License.
• He/she must pass the technical & psychometric assessment, and Medical Fitness Check up for Pilots as per Company/CAA standards.
• Training in safety and emergency response is essential – a formal qualification is an advantage.
• Basic Airport, security procedures and regulations training is an advantage.
• Crew Resources Management Training is considered an advantage.
• IATA principles & standards relating to security is an advantage.
• Proficient in Aircraft systems, proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Web Search, Technical reports writing, presentations, etc
• Experience with low cost airline is highly desirable but not mandatory.

 

Flight Deck Crew Emoluments – Captain

Contract Type: Undetermined period contract

Details of Fixed Salary: (All figures in PKR i.e., Pakistan Rupees)

Total Fixed Salary:

• <1500 hours: Total salary of PKR 1,594,000/month.
• 1500–3000 hours: Total salary of PKR 1,814,500/month.
• 3000+ hours: Total salary of PKR 2,035,000/month.

Salary Breakup Details:

• Basic Salary: PKR 400,000 (<1500 hours), PKR 475,000 (1500–3000 hours) and PKR 550,000(3000+ hours).
• Fixed Flying Allowance: PKR 400,000 (<1500 hours), PKR 475,000 (1500–3000 hours) and PKR 550,000(3000+ hours).
• Housing Allowance: PKR 200,000 (fixed).
• Other Allowances: PKR 209,000 (<1500 hours), PKR 272,000 (1500–3000 hours) and PKR 335,000(3000+ hours).
• Conveyance Allowance: PKR 100,000 (fixed).
• Medical Allowance: PKR 40,000 (<1500 hours), PKR 47,500 (1500–3000 hours) and PKR 55,000(3000+ hours).
• Settling Allowance: PKR 150,000/month (discretionary).
• Seniority Allowance: PKR 100,000/month, increasing to PKR 300,000 over time (discretionary).

• Flying Variable Pay (per Credit Block Hour):

  • 1–30 hrs: PKR 8,000/hr
  • 31–60 hrs: PKR 13,000/hr
  • 61–85 hrs: PKR 18,500/hr
  • 86–100 hrs: PKR 20,000/hr
  • 100+ hrs: PKR 22,000/hr

• Flying Allowance Guarantee:
  Guaranteed compensation for up to 73 block hours per month, conditional on completing 100% of assigned flying hours.

• Duty Hour Pay:

  • PKR 1,000 per actual duty hour (Sign-in to Sign-out).
  • Credit Hour Multipliers:
    • Day flights: 1x allowance.
    • Night flights (1830–0629): 1.3x allowance.

• Off-Day Duty: PKR 12,000 extra if rostered on an off day, plus Flying Allowance.

• Benefits:

  • Free onboard meal for operating crew.
  • End-of-Service Gratuity: One month's fixed gross salary for every 12 months of service.
