We expect you to have:

• Part-FCL ATPL with valid type rating on A320 family
• Valid Instrument Rating and PBN/RNP endorsement
• Valid Proficiency Check for Commander role
• Class 1 Medical Certificate (Part MED compliant)
• ICAO English proficiency – minimum level 4
• Clear criminal record
• Recommendation letter (preferred)
• Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
• Minimum 2,000 hours on transport aircraft
• Minimum 500 hours on type

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interview panel review
• Simulator assessment on Airbus A320 (practical, theoretical & CRM skills)
• Psychological evaluation
• Review of flight experience, last flight recency, and English proficiency
• Background reference checks
