Responsibilities:
- Preparing charter flights while maintaining operational awareness
- Coordination of booked flights with Operations Department and clients
- Processing flight booking documentation and administration
- Close proximity to Aircraft Owners
- Organization of last-minute ad hoc flight requests
- Administration und supervision of daily operations
- Coordination of accounting matters
Skills Required:
- German native & English on business level is a must, additional languages favorable.
- Excellent IT skills, including comfortable usage of all MS Office software.
- Willingness to perform flexible working hours
- High degree of responsiveness, with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to cope with very high levels of responsibility.
- Calmness under pressure a must.
- Living in Munich area is a must
