Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage flight training operations

- Mentor and guide student pilots

- Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and standards

- Foster a positive and professional training environment

Requirements:

- EU passport holder

- EASA CPL/IR or ATPL

- FI(A) rating

- Leadership and communication skills
