Job Title: Deputy Head of Training
Location: South West of England
Salary: £80,000 per annum
Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off

Job Description: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Head of Training or Chief Flight Instructor on behalf of our client, a prestigious organization based in the South West of England. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of top-tier training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Training in developing and implementing training programs.
• Oversee the daily operations of the training department.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff and clients.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a training role.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UK CAA CPL (A)/IR or ATPL (A)
• Previous ATO, AOC or UK military management experience
• Experience on CS-25 multi-crew operations
