JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct ground and flight training for ab initio (beginner) student pilots.
- Deliver pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ flying performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure all training is conducted in accordance with the approved syllabus and GCAA regulations.
- Maintain accurate student training records and logs.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Hold a valid Flight Instructor Rating endorsed by the GCAA or equivalent.
- Minimum CPL (Commercial Pilot License) with GCAA validation.
- Must have completed an approved Flight Instructor Course.
- At least 1,500 total flight hours, with a minimum 1,000 total instructional hours.
- ELP (English Language Proficiency) Level 4 minimum (Level 5 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of aviation fundamentals and instructional techniques.
- Ability to work with entry-level students.
