Role Purpose
Responsible for managing and overseeing the Cabin Crew Operations workforce to ensure seamless operations, high performance, and compliance with Corporate, Safety, and Regulatory Standards. The role focuses on equipping crew members with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional in-flight service, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence while maintaining operational efficiency and alignment with company objectives.
Key Accountability
- Uphold safety, security, and regulatory compliance in line with Flight Operations objectives and company standards.
- Apply environmental best practices to support sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure sufficient and efficient Cabin Crew deployment to meet operational demands, including crisis and ad-hoc requirements.
- Collaborate with Workforce Planning and Crew Tracking & Control (CTC) to optimize manpower and maintain operational continuity.
- Provide absent crew with policy, regulatory, and operational updates to ensure readiness.
- Address Flight Time Limitation (FTL), Safety Emergency Procedures (SEP), and irregular operation requirements.
- Manage crew discipline, performance, and professional development while fostering industrial harmony.
- Engage stakeholders to resolve issues, improve operations, and maintain timely responses to Voyage reporting system feedback.
- Overseeing the complaints and compliments on Cabin Crew with professionalism.
- Organize events and initiatives to promote crew welfare, harmony, and engagement.
- Represent In-Flight Services in Safety Review Committee meetings and other forums as required.
- Conduct In-Flight Service Observation flights to uphold service standards.
- Manage operations team and promoting effective communication channels with the Cabin Crew workforce to maintain harmony and good working relationships.
- Oversee departmental budgets to ensure that all activities and expenses are within the approved budget with optimum cost management for the department to achieve operational requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager Cabin Crew, In-Flight Services.
Qualifications & Working Experience
- Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Business Admin or a related field with (07) years of working experience in Aviation industry or;
- Diploma in any field of study with (08) years of working experience in Aviation industry.
Areas of Experience
- Broad knowledge of cabin crew operations, in-flight service standard and understanding on aviation policies and regulations.
