Our unique Direct Entry Captain program allows experienced pilots to join GoJet as a Captain, rather than a First Officer. In addition, we have a Direct Flow/Path to United in as little as 24 months. This program is ideal for First Officers at other carriers who meet Captain requirements but are facing long upgrade times. DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN QUALIFICATIONS
Direct Entry Captains must be a minimum of 23 years old
FAA Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot's Certificate

Minimum Flight Experience:

• 1,750 hours, of which 100% must be fixed wing
• 1,000 hours multi-engine time
• 1,000 hours air carrier experience
• 1,000 hours turbine time

DIRECT ENTRY CAPTAIN PAY

• $100,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Starting pay: $144.64 per flight hour - Top of scale: $213.15 per flight hour
• Per Diem: $2.00
• 100% cancellation pay
• Minimum Guarantee: 75 hours per month
• Longevity Match up to 18 years

NEAR ENTRY CAPTAIN 

• Starting at 500 hours of qualifying time
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Captain Pay Accrual starting at 750 hours of qualifying time
• Starting pay: $91.35 per flight hour
• Per Diem: $2.00
• 100% cancellation pay
• Minimum Guarantee: 75 hours per month
• Longevity Match up to 18 years
