Whether you’re guiding new First Officers through their first line sectors or leading simulator sessions with precision and care, you’ll be part of a training culture that values quality over quantity, mentoring over monitoring, and continuous improvement above all.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering high-quality simulator and line training in line with EASA and company standards.
• Coaching and mentoring pilots through all phases of training and operational flying
• Supporting the training team with training delivery and standardisation
• Helping to refine our training programmes and SOPs as part of a modern, forward-thinking airline
• Contributing to Universal Air’s strong safety culture through professional feedback and SMS engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Current EASA TRI (DHC-8-400) qualification
• Valid EASA ATPL with DHC8 Type Rating
• 2500+ Total Time
• 1000+ PIC hours
• Recent line or simulator training experience
• Deep understanding of EASA Air OPS and Part-FCL
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A passion for developing others and upholding professional standards
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement
