We will entrust you to

• Monitor and manage crew assignments in real-time, ensuring that all flights are adequately staffed with the required crew members
• Address and resolve operational disruptions quickly, such as crew sickness, delays, or other unforeseen issues
• Act as the primary point of contact for crew members, providing them with updated schedules, flight changes, and other necessary information
• Ensure that crew schedules comply with regulatory requirements and airline policies regarding duty hours, rest periods, and other legal constraints
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Flight Operations, Ground Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of crew assignments, changes, and disruptions

What you will need to succeed

• At least 1 year work experience
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, attention to detail, as well as a high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage stress effectively and maintain focus during emergencies or operational disruptions
• Fluency in English language
• Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with others
• Comfortable with software, data entry, analysis, and reporting tools
• Ability to work in shifts
