Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.

As part of the Crew Control team, you’ll be the go-to person for our crews when it matters most. You’ll solve puzzles, juggle real-time decisions, and keep people informed with empathy — because how we treat our crews matters as much as how we treat our passengers.

Location: Travessera de Gracia 56, Barcelona (Volotea Headquarters)

This position works on rotating shifts, including weekends. 

How will it be to work with us?

• Ensure that crew resources are used smartly, safely, and cost-efficiently.
• Prioritize safety and punctuality in every crewing decision.
• Clearly explain roster changes to crew with empathy.
• Be the human point of contact during last-minute operational needs (phone, email, etc.)
• Manage standby rosters and make sure every aircraft has the crew it needs.
• Coordinate crew absences, leaves, and repositioning travel
• Liaise with ticketing and accommodation teams to support crew movements.

What will make you succeed in this position:

• Studies in Aeronautical Management, Aerospace Engineering or similar.
• Advanced English & fluent Spanish(spoken and written — yes, we’ll test it!)
• A good grasp of the aviation operational world (bonus if you’ve lived it!)
• Call center experience? Nice to have, but not required
• Flexibility for rotating shifts work.
• A cool head under pressure, and a love for solving the unexpected
• Great communication skills — because how you say things matters
