As part of your career, you will undergo a rigorous training program to equip yourself with the highest flying standards. As you work your way through the ranks, there will be ample opportunities for progress to a Captain, and further develop your skills in the Technical, Training or Management track for those who are assessed to be suitable.

 

Requirements

  1. Holds a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), Commercial Pilot Licence with Multi-Engine Aircraft Instrument Rating (CPL/MEIR) with frozen ATPL, or Multi Pilot Licence (MPL), recognized or can be validated by CAAS. If you are holding a foreign licence, you may check your eligibility through this document.
  2. 1500 total multi-crew flying hours on jet engine aircraft with MTOW > 20T. Candidates with less than 1500 but more than 700 hours on these aircraft may be shortlisted based on merit, and may be put through a longer training programme if successful.
  3. Must possess a valid certificate for the following:
    1. Class 1 Medical (recognized or can be validated by CAAS)
    2. ICAO English Level 5 or above for inflight radio-telephony communications
    3. Certificate of Test - Multi-Engine Instrument Rating

 

Selection Process

All interviews will be held in Singapore. Applicants undergo various stages comprising online application, computer aptitude test, interview with senior management, simulator assessment and medical check-up.

 

Training

Where applicable, successful candidates will be trained to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating.
