We are searching for an immediate full-time hire in order to support our office as a Manager, Commercial & Operational Services (Flight Dispatcher / Sales Manager) within our charter section.

Your Impact:

Flight Dispatcher / Sales Manager at Heron Aviation gain wide exposure to the aviation branch and are presented with a dynamic work environment that requires quick thinking and problem-solving skills. You will work closely within our team of 6 flight dispatchers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of every single flight under the Heron Aviation Group.

• Flight planning and securing regulatory approvals
• Ground handling, crew accommodation and transport coordination
• Real-time flight monitoring
• Supporting the continuous improvement of operational procedures
• Order Fuel Release
• Arrange and coordinate over flight permissions

You will be presented with responsibility from the first day, including the preparation of offers, order confirmations and invoices, flight planning, regulatory approvals, ground handling services, flight following, crew accommodation & transport and much more.

Flight dispatchers are also required to assist management from time to time in the continuing development of the firm’s operational procedures and objectives. This position especially is geared towards those applicants, which see themselves as a team player.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business aviation and ground operations
• Fluency in English (essential), knowledge of German, Spanish & French is advantageous
• Proficiency with flight planning tools such as PPS, Foreflight or similar

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, service-minded and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong team spirit and willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable with rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Work Place: Lauchringen (hybrid)
