Legend Airlines is looking for highly motivated people to join our OCC, as Flight Operations Dispatcher, who are capable of interacting with different cultural environments and want to contribute to the future of the aviation industry.

Candidates will play a crucial role in managing the ‘Day of Operations’ network schedule and executing recovery strategies during disruptions to ensure seamless operations with minimal impact.

Our Ideal Candidate skills consist of:

• Flight dispatcher training. A valid flight dispatcher license (CAA authorized) will be considered as an asset.
• Experience in an aviation operational environment, preferably OCC
• Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English (other EU language are advantages).
• Analytical skills, creative thinking, problem solving, decision making and flexibility, with good communication and negotiation skills, who is able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in shiftwork / Day and Night / Including Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
• Willing to learn and to develop further inside the organization
