Flight-Care-Agent (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Enquire about customer requests for flights and organize execution, e.g. VIP catering, customer transport
• Providing customer support by telephone before, during and after VIP flights (depending on the circumstances of the flight, including on-call service)
• Problem solving for any kind of irregularities
• Constant contact with the charter department and operations to coordinate all necessary details
• Updating internal databases, e.g. passenger data

Your profile

• At least intermediate level of education & training in a business profession
• Experience in tourism and aviation
• Confident, friendly manner and joy in dealing with customers, service providers and business partners in an international environment
• Organizational skills, stress resistance and the ability to remain calm and composed while occasionally multitasking
• Fluent in written and spoken English, other foreign language(s) an advantage
• Ability to work in a team
• PC skills (incl. Word and Excel)
