About the Roles
Customer Care Team
As part of our Customer Operations unit, the Customer Care Team ensures that every flight experience meets the high standards our clients expect. You’ll handle client communications before, during, and after their journey, managing changes, special requests, and feedback.
Flight Advisory Team
Operating at the interface between sales and operations, the Flight Advisory team plays a crucial role in converting inquiries into confirmed flights. You’ll handle charter requests, prepare quotations, conduct availability checks, and ensure that each booking transitions flawlessly from inquiry to execution.
