About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented, and forward-thinking Cabin Crew Manager to lead and inspire our cabin crew team.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the onboard experience and upholding the highest standards of safety and service.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire our Cabin Crew team to deliver excellent service and uphold the highest safety standards.
• Provide active leadership and support to Cabin Crew Seniors, ensuring clear communication and motivation throughout the team.
• Recruit, train, and develop cabin crew members who reflect Legend Airlines’ values and professionalism.
• Manage and improve cabin crew structures, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and internal company procedures related to safety, qualifications, and service standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external authorities to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Encourage a culture of learning, responsibility, and teamwork within the crew community.

What We’re Looking For

Your Experience

• Previous experience as Cabin Crew Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, even across different bases or countries.
• Solid understanding of aviation safety, compliance, and crew management standards.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in charter or ACMI operations is an advantage.
