ABOUT THE ROLE
- Theoretical and practical Basic FOO Training (initial training) for newly hired FOOs/FDs within TOCC and GOC
- Further development of Basic FOO/FD Initial & Recurrent Training for TUI OCC and TUI GOC employees
- Training activities for theoretical and practical sessions
- Conducting trainings for third-party/external customers
- Training in compliance with IOSA standards, CAA regulations, EASA requirements, and ICAO provisions
- Preparation of candidates for the Flight Dispatcher License
- Regular quality assessment of training materials, ensuring all documents are up to date
- Functioning as an evaluator
- Developing, compiling, and updating training programs, syllabi, and documentation for internal and external customers
- Engagement in marketing activities
ABOUT YOU
- Holder of a German Flight Operations Officer License or another recognized dispatcher license
- At least three years of experience as a Flight Operations Officer in short-haul or long-haul operations
- Experience as a trainer
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to participate in continuous education and training
- Commitment to supporting the GOC strategy
- Strong customer and results orientation, teamwork, and coaching skills
